Diversey distribution network
Diversey, part of the Sealed Air corporation, is a global leader in comprehensive solutions related to clean and hygienic working environments and food production safety.
Due to its dynamic growth on the Polish market, the company is running a project to support the modernisation and optimisation of its own distribution network enabling the development of its partners.
The strategic objective of the Project was to create a coherent system of cooperative links between distributors of the Diversey brand guaranteeing their stable development, high quality of services and the advancement of innovative market solutions. Due to the nature of the former distribution network (many independent companies), it was planned to link them with a common business objective (development of the Diversey brand) under the new integrating brand Safecontrol (umbrella brand), which enables synchronisation of activities and a coherent image of the Diversey brand in the current distribution network.
As part of the branding, two lines of pictograms were also created for promotional and informational materials, as well as the B2B sales platform.
In terms of BRAND CARE, we developed the concept and layout of a guide on health and safety rules.
