One of the most recognisable Polish architectural studios. Studio NDI specialises in designing museum complexes and thematic exhibitions, as well as complex creative solutions dedicated to culture.

While working on NDI’s new visual identity, inspired by the form and character of the artist’s work, we translated the artist’s personality into visual language: we used the characteristic variable proportions of the sigil, the curve – as an element of space organisation and the interplay between existing and non-existing elements of the composition.

The dynamic form of the logo is a kind of metaphor of architecture – looking at the building from different perspectives, we see different shapes, yet each time we realise that it is the same building. The visual identification of the NDI brand is expressed in two ways: externally and internally. In the communication materials outside the company we use one of the possible stop-frames of the logo, while in the prints showing the artistic output of the studio it is allowed to play with the diagonal and the planes it creates.

Nizio Interior is furniture created in accordance with the 3xR idea: recycle, reuse, remake. The idea is the resultant of four elements: the architectural activity of Mirosław Nizio, his fascination with giving new meanings and functions to objects, as well as the peculiar genius loci of the building in which the company is based and the strength of family tradition.

For NDI’s in-house graphic department, we prepared a set of visual guidelines with descriptions of the basic elements of the system for the further development of the visual identity.

Cooperation with the company was smooth, timely and successful. All the work was done carefully and aesthetically. Also noteworthy is the personal involvement of PBD’s employees in the project and the positive opinion the company enjoys on the market of agencies in the ‘brand design’ segment.
